Digital content consultant specialising in charities and independent businesses
Me
I love helping charities and independent businesses put their best digital foot forward and demonstrate online what they're capable of offline.
Once described as a ‘fixer of things’, I have a fascination with all things digital and an analytical approach to content creation and design.
I believe that you should always start with the end user’s needs and work backwards. If you agree, let’s work together.

My CV
I started my career in corporate digital editorial over a decade ago and quickly moved into the charity sector.
Digital charity communications
I’ve worked for some of the UK’s best loved charities, including Macmillan Cancer Support and Tommy’s the Baby Charity, in-house, agency-side and as a freelance digital communications expert.
Skills and experience
Jack of all digital trades, master of many, including:
copywriting and editing for the web
social media content creation and strategy
digital project management - from small features to entire website builds
SEO, accessibility and UX optimisation.
I know what it’s like to be both sides of the table, having worked at a digital agency and commissioned several for digital projects and campaigns.
"Amy has gone over and above, her customer service has been outstanding as too her commitment in getting us up and running in confined timescales. Her expertise is undoubtedly brilliant and she identified a number of recommendations that have made a real difference to our site.”
